タイトル：学童期の野菜の好き嫌いを左右する 乳幼児期の保育環境や体験の一端を明らかに カゴメ株式会社（代表取締役社長：山口聡 本社：愛知県名古屋市）は、「野菜を好きになる保育園ベジ・キッズ®（以下ベジ・キッズ®）」を設立し、0-2歳児を対象に「野菜を好きになる」体験を志向したカリキュラムと環境を提供しています。今回、子供を持つ母親を対象とした調査により、乳幼児期の家庭や保育園等における環境や経験が、学童期における野菜の好き嫌いに影響を与える可能性があることが示唆されました。本研究は、立命館大学食マネジメント学部（滋賀県草津市）和田有史教授を中心とする研究グループと当社経営企画室および自然健康研究部との共同研究であり、第30回日本健康教育学会学術大会（2022年7月23-24日、獨協医科大学）で発表いたします。  プレスリリースのページは こちら
